OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Sub: Training program on GPF and Pension Module.
With reference to the Office Memorandum No. I-95/1/2020-ITD-CGA (2)/C-3158/111-150 dated 27.05.2024, a systematic offline training programme has been scheduled for PAO / Merged DDO users working in GPF and Pension Module in all RTCs i.e. RTC Mumbai, RTC Chennai, RTC Aizawl, RTC Kolkata and RTC INGAF Delhi. The comprehensive half day training for GPF refresher and for the following new functionalities introduced in Pension Module:
i. Online return process flow of pension cases from CPAO to PAO live on 15.10.2023.
ii. Arrears of pension/family pension & fixed medical allowance live on 03.06.2024.
iii. Gap Analysis Report.
iv. Report for monitoring of future retirees.
v. Online return process flow of revision of pension cases in e-PPO returned by CPAO.

4. The following Officers/officials has been nominated to impart the comprehensive training for GPF and Pension Module at INGAF, New Delhi and various RTCs:
(i) Smt. Sudha Sinha, Sr. Accounts Officer
(ii) Smt. Vanita Ghai, AAO
(iii) Shri Narendra Kumar Prajapati, AAO
(iv) Shri Sourabh Sharma, Sr. Accountant
Note: (i) It is requested to nominate two officers/officials from each PAO office. (ii) The PAOs who have merged DDOs are requested to circulate the OM to their merged DDOs so that they can attend the training on the scheduled date and time.
5. The concerned Pr. CCAs/CCAs/CAs (Independent Charge) are requested to please spare the officer/staff of their PAO’s for proposed refresher course on GPF and Pension Module.

- The CCA, Department of Space, Bengaluru with a request to direct all PAOs under their control to attend the training programme at designated station.
