The Gaon Ki Beti form is linked to an important scheme of the Madhya Pradesh government, which aims to encourage daughters of rural areas to pursue higher education. Eligible students can take advantage of this scheme by filling this form. Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided to the selected daughters for studies, so that they can continue their education without any financial difficulty.

In this form, information about the student’s name, educational details, Aadhaar card, residence certificate and other necessary documents has to be filled. After submitting the form, eligible daughters are given the assistance amount determined by the government. This scheme not only promotes the education of rural daughters but also provides them an opportunity to become self-reliant and empowered.

Eligibility for Gaon Ki Beti Yojana Form 2025

• This scheme will be applicable in entire Madhya Pradesh.
• The girl student should be a resident of the village and should have passed 12th class from the village school while living in the village.
• The scheme will be applicable to government educational institutions, grant-in-aid non-government educational institutions whose fees are as per government educational institutions and universities.

On fulfilling all the conditions, this scheme will also be applicable to the girls who pass 12th class by studying from Navodaya Vidyalayas. Girls who are residents of urban or urban areas and pass 12th examination from schools of those areas will not be eligible to get benefits under this scheme.

Every year, all the girls who pass 12th examination in first division from each village will be selected, hence only the girl who has passed first division and has taken admission in the course run by the Higher Education, School Education, Technical Education or Medical Education Department will be eligible to get the benefits of this scheme.

There will be no restriction of caste and income for eligibility in the scheme.

Objective of Gaon Ki Beti Yojana Form

• To raise the level of education of girls.
• Girls will not be a burden on their parents and will stand on their own feet, along with this, girls will develop in the census.
• Girls will not be dependent on anyone and they will not have to face any atrocities.

The objective of the scheme is to give talented girls of rural areas higher education. To encourage towards getting education, financial assistance is to be provided.

Every year, every year, the girl students who pass 12th class in first division from every village are given scholarship for 10 months at the rate of Rs 500 per month.

Every village has meritorious girls. After passing 12th, they want to study in college, but colleges are in cities and towns, also, the condition of most of the families is not such that they can afford the college education of girls.
